Description

In *You're the Boss!*, the classic fantasy narrative flips: instead of a hero slaying a villain, you play as the villain defending your lair from waves of invading adventurers. Built for GMTK 2023 around the theme "Reversed Roles," this action-packed game puts you in control of powerful spells and devastating attacks to crush incoming heroes. Use Q, W, and E to select abilities, then left-click to unleash destruction. Move around with right-click and pause the chaos with Esc. Developed by WigHz (design and development), Xandruher (3D art and animations), and Sfeldman (music), the game features assets refined from past game jams. If you experience performance issues, adjust the rendering scale in the video settings. Fight back, protect your domain, and prove that the throne belongs to you.
