Description

You Against Pixies is a fast-paced, turn-based dice battler where strategy and elemental synergy reign supreme. Armed with five custom dice, you face off against mischievous pixies in tactical duels that blend risk and timing. Each die features three faces: Attack (red), Defense (blue), and Special (white). Combine two dice per turn and hit "Fight!" to execute your move. The Special dice apply a 2x multiplier if your element has the advantage—fire beats grass, grass conquers water, and water overwhelms fire—in true rock-paper-scissors fashion. Choose poorly, and your power may be reduced to zero. Though the dice rolls aren't fully random, mastering their fixed patterns adds depth to every encounter. Created entirely by Gus Costa in just 48 hours for GMTK Game Jam 2022 under the theme "Roll of the Dice," the game delivers sharp mechanics, original art, and a catchy banda sonora.
