VR Physics Framework demo

Description

Step into a realistic VR experience with VR Physics Framework Demo, a work-in-progress experiment designed to simulate a full virtual body using real-world physics. Built for Oculus Rift, this demo leverages Inverse Kinematics (via FinalIK) to align your in-game limbs with headset and controller movements, enhancing immersion while tackling common issues like hand desynchronization when interacting with objects. Using Unity's physics engine, your hands collide naturally with the environment—letting you push, grab, and knock over items just like in real life. The demo includes a pistol and a shotgun, highlighting its goal: to serve as a foundation for future VR FPS games. Developed as a university project, VR Physics Framework Demo aims to push the boundaries of embodied interaction in virtual spaces. Try it out and share your feedback to help shape its evolution.
