Description

Vorax Breakout is an autobattler roguelike where you lead a team of unique creatures known as Vorax, each with distinct abilities and powerful synergies. Progress through multiple zones by making smart tactical choices before each encounter. The game unfolds in rounds split into three phases: preparation, combat, and rewards. In the preparation phase, organize your squad, deciding which Vorax to deploy and which to rest for energy recovery. Combat plays out automatically, relying on your strategic setup. After each battle, the reward phase offers new Vorax to strengthen or diversify your roster. Developed as a final project by five students from The Core School's Video Game Programming online Master's degree, Vorax Breakout blends tight jugabilidad design with polished mechanics and immersive audiovisual feedback.
