Description

UTOPIA (Sensing) is an experimental virtual reality experience built in Unreal Engine, exploring Carl Jung's theory of psychological functions through immersive environments. As the first installment in a four-part series, UTOPIA: Sensing focuses on the sensation function—Jung's concept of perceiving reality through direct sensory input, both from the external world and internal bodily awareness. In this low-poly, spherical VR space, users float in a minimalist environment designed to heighten awareness of sight, sound, and spatial perception. Every visual and auditory element is crafted to stimulate the senses deliberately, encouraging mindfulness and presence. By engaging with the experience, players may evoke distinct emotional responses, supporting applications in psychology, therapy, or personal exploration. UTOPIA (Sensing) invites users to step into a meditative digital realm where perception becomes the foundation of experience.
