Upstream Ante is a roguelike twist on Texas Hold'em where every round brings a fresh hand and high-stakes decisions. Before any of the three community cards are revealed, you must bet wisely—your choices shape your fate. Pay the starting blind to discard a card for cash, but weigh the risks: holding onto cards can be just as powerful. Deplete your opponent's funds to trigger Intensity levels, unlocking powerful buffs and debuffs that reshape jugabilidad. Each Intensity introduces a unique rule, altering the flow for both you and your enemy. Jokers can turn the tide, offering game-changing effects at a steep chip cost—and your opponent can use them too. The demo lets you experience the action up to Intensity 5, with full language support including English, Japanese, Spanish, and more. Challenge your strategy and adapt fast—every hand counts.
