Special Unreal cards trigger their effects twice, offering powerful advantages. Every turn, your "sane" drops by 1 while "end" increases by 1—balance them carefully, as the game ends when sane reaches 0 or end hits 10. Cards like Void, Star, Sun, and Moon alter deck composition and resources, while others such as Rule, Time, and Loop reshape the battlefield in unexpected ways. Heal, Heart, and Mind offer recovery and reinforcement, but high-risk cards like Faith and Value can quickly shift the tide.
