Description

Unnamed VSRG is a vertical scrolling rhythm game developed for CSUI's Game Development Course 2024 Individual Game Jam. In this demo, players experience one song without the Expert difficulty—available only in the full versión. Notes descend from the top of the screen, requiring precise timing to hit or hold based on the rhythm. Tap notes are played with keys D, F, J, and K, while hold notes require sustained key presses. Three difficulties—Beginner, Advanced, and Expert—offer increasing challenges. Special modes include ASMR for immersive audio, Animal Crossing for a no-fail run, and Kepakan Sayap Baliho, where long notes may obscure taps. Be cautious with "Reality Check Through The Skull"—its intense visual wobble may trigger motion sickness; play sparingly. An option to reduce screen movement will arrive in a future update. The game features the track *Kodomochik Philosophi* by ああああ, used with permission. There's no pause function, but you can exit via ESC or ALT+F4.
