The Tale of Oath
Immerses players in a richly atmospheric world where ancient magic threatens to collapse into chaos. Set in the mystical land of Rifts England, the game follows a Citadel outsider tasked with restoring balance as elemental forces spiral out of control and the sacred Tree of Life destabilizes. Players wield versatile magic to purify corrupted Druid altars, solve elemental puzzles, and battle Blood Druids intent on plunging the land into darkness. The journey includes rescuing imprisoned Druids, navigating ancient temples, and culminates in a climactic showdown with the Blood Druid. Every spell serves dual purposes—combat, exploration, and world interaction. The game features single-player action-adventure jugabilidad, controller support, and puzzle-solving through dynamic magic mechanics. Its world blends atmospheric design, handcrafted VFX, and an immersive banda sonora, all built in Unity 6 using the Penguin Action Toolkit. Developed by Ashling Tu and Team Quessant, a Carnegie Mellon graduate team mentored.
