Nelli The Seer
Nelli The Seer is a student-made third-person action-adventure game created by first-year video game students. Set in a historical Aztec temple, the game blends platforming with memory-based puzzles, offering around 30 minutes of engaging jugabilidad. Players step into the role of Nelli, a former Aztec warrior gifted with foresight by the god Tezcatlipoca. Haunted by a dark prophecy of Tenochtitlan’s fall, Nelli seeks to warn Emperor Moctezuma II, but faces disbelief from the high priests. To prove his vision, he journeys into the Templo Mayor to reassemble the Obsidian Mirror, a sacred relic tied to Tezcatlipoca’s power. The game’s development involved a collaborative effort across design, art, animation, and programming teams, with each phase carefully timed to ensure a cohesive experience. Nelli The Seer stands out for its unique blend of narrative and jugabilidad, showcasing the creativity and dedication of its student creators. It’s a compelling experience for fans of story.
