Millennium Dream is a solo-developed walking and photography simulator built around the aesthetic of "Chinese Dreamcore." Instead of jump scares or task lists, you explore quiet, nostalgic scenes from the past—a sun-drenched afternoon nap, a damp pedestrian street from childhood, or an empty campus. Each level feels familiar yet slightly unsettling, like returning to a home that no longer feels like yours. Dynamic weather lets you shift from cicada-filled afternoons to heavy snow or misty dawns, matching your mood. Use your camera to capture these moments with filters like grainy old mobile phone textures or high-contrast black-and-white film. You can also interact with nostalgic items, such as winding up a tin frog or setting a puppy clock alarm, deepening your connection to this dreamlike world.
