Akhena: Age of Evil is an expansive open-world JRPG that blends western-inspired CRPG elements with a gritty, realistic setting. Set in a world shaped by ancient conflicts and deep-rooted prejudice, players navigate a land where the Kitmera, powerful anthropomorphic felines, rule for over a millennium. The story draws inspiration from complex narratives like *A Song of Ice and Fire*, offering morally ambiguous choices shaped by cultural bias and personal conviction. "Evil" here is often a matter of perspective—whether it stems from duty, entitlement, or misguided virtue. With over 36 main playable characters, six classes per race, and two genders, the game allows for deep customization. Players can recruit more than 70 characters across four major storylines, though early access currently offers only the Aeland Kingdom. The world features four distinct Kitmera kingdoms, each with its own crime and reputation system, plus three hidden factions. Over 400 base gear items, 160+ weapons, and 140+ armors provide ample gear.
