Is a text-based RPG designed for university-level Japanese language learning, blending storytelling with language practice. Players take on the role of one of four adventurers exploring the perilous world of Anglonia, seeking the legendary Heart of the Word artifact. The game emphasizes listening comprehension, dialogue puzzles, and narrative choices that influence the story’s outcome. Battles rely on constructing sentences and using TOEIC vocabulary, integrating language skills into jugabilidad. Themes of colonialism and exploitation are woven into decision-making, encouraging critical thinking. Originally developed for a thesis on educational games, it was tested in six weekly classes, taking about nine hours total. Divided into five "weeks," some sections required multiple sessions, especially in the second week.
