This single-player RPG blends deep attribute and skill checks with a turn-based combat system that factors in morale, reach, confined spaces, and high ground. Roguelike elements add tension, including permadeath—when your legionary falls, you start over. But the game is built for replayability, and each run reveals only a fraction of its content. Points earned by successful characters carry over to your next recruit. Unlike most RPGs, your soldier won't excel at everything; choose challenges wisely based on strengths and weaknesses.
