Players take on the role of a captain navigating constant threats from an ever-approaching Alien Mothership, which closes in every 2 minutes and 16 seconds using spatial jumps. To survive, you must scavenge fuel scattered across space to power your jumps and movement. The game encourages strategic resource management and fleet building—rescue stranded ships and crew members to expand your team. With advanced Initialization tools, you can upgrade ship weaponry and integrate new vessels into your battleship armada, or equip crew members with learning implants to boost performance. However, Initialization is time-sensitive; initiating a ship or crew during another jump will fail. Control is intuitive, using WASD/arrow keys and mouse for actions.
