Yarnful Day is a charming rhythm-based knitting game created for the Cozy Autumn Game Jam 2022. Step into the cozy role of a loving grandma crafting warm clothes for her grandchildren before winter arrives. To succeed, you'll need steady hands and good timing—achieving 90% accuracy or higher is required to progress, as missed beats result in flawed knitting. Inspired by warmth, family, and the quiet joy of handmade gifts, the game blends relaxing autumn vibes with light challenge. Developed with input from @minty_oblivion, who brought the original concept to life, Yarnful Day shines as a heartfelt prototype with room to grow. While playable with keyboard (CTRL, ALT, SPACE, and arrow keys), it's best experienced with a controller (A, B, X, Y, DPAD). Note: Steam input may interfere—disable it if controls act up.
