Wordplay is a fun and engaging educational game designed for young children to build essential language skills. Featuring colorful, interactive activities, it helps kids learn at their own pace through six distinct modes: Say It! introduces letters A–Z across eight categories using flashcards, while Spot It! encourages toddlers to click the image matching a given word—perfect for ages 1 to 2. Rhyme It! and Hear It! challenge children to identify rhyming words and distinguish similar-sounding words like "rock" and "lock," ideal for ages 3 and up. Fred It! teaches phoneme sequencing, and Spell It! guides kids through spelling simple words, suited for ages 4 and 5+. Play It! combines five questions from Rhyme It!, Hear It!, Fred It!, and Spell It! for a quick skill review. Developed with Löve2D, Wordplay offers a playful, screen-friendly way to support early literacy development.
