Wingless Fairies
Is a unique first-person experience blending visual novel storytelling with immersive theater. You step into the shoes of Fawn-Mar Evangeline, a young Great Fairy undergoing training. On her first day, she shadows Velvet’s vibrant gay bar/dressing room hybrid, where guiding newcomers demands more emotional openness than she expects. The narrative centers on Rain, a character navigating her own coming-out journey—years after her own revelation. Now, it’s Rain’s turn, and Fawn-Mar must become a mentor. The jugabilidad unfolds over 35 minutes, merging dialogue choices with environmental interaction. Players use gaze and internal monologue to shape conversations, supported by full motion capture and dynamic voice acting. Designed for Windows and Mac, it offers subtitles and OpenDyslexic font for accessibility. Free to play, with optional donations encouraged. A bold experiment in interactive storytelling, *Wingless Fairies* invites players to explore vulnerability, identity, and guidance. Experience it and then dive into.
