Who is slackgineer? combines teamwork and competition in a unique multijugador experience where collaboration and personal performance go hand in hand. In this game, you and another player take on the roles of engineers working on the same project, forced to cooperate to meet objectives—yet also competing to prove who stands out. As a slacker and an engineer merged into one, the title challenges the balance between doing just enough and going the extra mile. Developed during Global Game Jam 2022, the game explores dynamics of workplace synergy, accountability, and individual ambition in a playful, thought-provoking format. Every decision impacts both progress and perception.
