Description

Wheat Joust is a chaotic local multijugador brawler where two knights clash in a frantic race to harvest the most wheat—by fair means or foul. Born in just 72 hours for Ludum Dare 52, this fast-paced duel pits players against each other in a timed 60-second showdown. While gathering wheat fills your bag, a well-timed strike can decapitate your opponent and steal their hard-earned crop. Move through wheat fields to stay hidden and use dodge rolls to ambush foes from the shadows. Though designed for local play, tools like Parsec allow remote duels with friends. Made with Unity by five French game dev students, Wheat Joust delivers absurd, adrenaline-fueled fun with a punk banda sonora remix of "I'm Shipping Up To Boston." Bugs may exist, but the spirit of the jam shines through in every swing. Victory goes to the knight who farms—and fights—the smartest.
