After fraudulently obtaining a Panamanian passport and looting the nation's gold, he imposes his rule with an army of monstrous peacekeepers, all while denying any wrongdoing. With hope fading, a squad of elite combat-ready Koloboks rises to fight back. Armed to the core, they blast through hordes of enemies across intense levels filled with chaos, dark humor, and relentless action.
