WanderBeasts invites you to roam the surreal Data Desert, a shifting landscape filled with mysterious, song-emitting creatures. As you navigate this dreamlike world, use the WASD or Arrow keys to guide your spirit through dynamic terrain—press W or Up to head Northeast, S or Down for Southwest, A or Left to move Northwest, and D or Right to journey Southeast. Escape and restart at any time with the Esc key. Immerse yourself fully by enabling audio, where the melodic calls of the WanderBeasts come alive, blending exploration with an ethereal banda sonora. Created in just 30 hours during the #AMazeTrainJam 2018 aboard a train from Johannesburg to Cape Town, this experimental experience captures the spirit of creative spontaneity and digital discovery.
