Walkerman

Walkerman is a visual novel where you step into the shoes of Jorgen, a young walkerman starting out in the mysterious city of Midgard. The game revolves around hunting supernatural creatures, each bound by their own unique rules—like avoiding salt or mirrors. Success depends on careful observation, smart item use, and exploiting those rules to your advantage. Most of the experience unfolds through immersive narrative scenes, guiding Jorgen as he investigates his quarry and faces personal challenges. Player choices shape his journey both in and out of combat. Battles are handled via an isometric pseudo-board system, offering multiple strategies based on your inventory and understanding of each creature. The story begins with Jorgen’s first steps into monster hunting, encountering strange events that pull him deeper into Midgard’s hidden dangers. Walkerman blends thoughtful storytelling with tactical decision-making, making every case a test of wit and preparation. Will you master the rules and survive, or become another lost soul in the night?
