Drops players into a mysterious local braderie where a cryptic notebook, believed to originate from a historic Lillois convent, holds the key to uncovering a hidden treasure known as the "Shamir's Treasure." The nuns devised a unique secret-sharing code—rooted in Adi Shamir's 1979 cryptographic method—to protect it, blending historical intrigue with modern privacy techniques. This puzzle game aims to educate and engage, shedding light on a little-known cryptographic tool used in everything from nuclear codes to privacy-focused AI. Developed during the 2024 Scientific Game Jam in Lille, the game starts with a simple introduction to secret-sharing mechanics and could expand to include advanced variants later.
