VirtuaLiron - Immersive YOGA practice
Welcome to VirtuaLiron, a virtual yoga practice designed for all levels—beginners and experienced practitioners alike. This immersive experience focuses on mindful movement and breath, guided by the principle of ahimsa, or non-harm. Each session encourages you to move within your limits, staying aware of your body and breathing to enhance focus and relaxation. The practice is slow, calm, and free from physical strain. If you feel dizzy, uncomfortable, or in pain, you can pause or remove the headset at any time—the session will automatically save and resume when you’re ready. The package includes three sessions lasting 30, 60, and 90 minutes. Choose from three distinct avatars: a female form showing breathing through color shifts, a muscle model highlighting active muscles, and a skeleton view revealing bone structure within a transparent body. The instructor remains visible in your line of sight, no matter where you look, offering a clear advantage over traditional in-person sessions. Head movements adjust your viewing angle of the teacher, ensuring you never miss guidance. Experience deeper, more focused yoga.
