Step into his boots in this short adventure featuring a clear narrative arc across three missions set in and around the village. Though the game is in beta and may see no further updates, it offers a charming experience with a distinct beginning, middle, and end. Be aware of a few bugs: the sword may not appear on first use (press the button again to fix), and a critical issue might prevent progression during the boss encounter. Despite these flaws, *Village Hero (Beta)* delivers a heartfelt, if incomplete, journey worth playing.
