Description

VichoRaro-DEMO2 is a serious game developed by Jesús Santos Fernández as part of his Master's thesis in Computer Engineering at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Designed primarily for students in 5th and 6th grade of primary education, it also suits late primary and early secondary school levels. The game aims to raise awareness about school bullying by placing players in multiple roles—bully, victim, and bystander—through interactive choices that affect the protagonist Víctor's well-being and lead to different endings. To evaluate its educational impact, players are invited to complete two questionnaires: a pre-test before playing and a post-test after. This feedback helps refine the prototype into a more effective teaching tool. While intended for classroom use, VichoRaro-DEMO2 can also be played at home with parental guidance. All materials are available online for free, supporting its mission to combat bullying through engaging, game-based learning.
