Set within a clandestine research facility, the game follows a lone operative uncovering horrifying experiments involving a powerful compound that triggers extreme mutations and superhuman abilities. Players must navigate dark, oppressive environments while managing limited resources, solving environmental puzzles, and surviving encounters with grotesque, enhanced creatures.
