Description

Vanguard Monsters is a roguelite auto-battler where you build and command a team of monsters to survive waves of Void invaders. Battles are automatic, with 1 to 6 monsters on each side, and each unit attacks or uses abilities once their charge meter fills. Strategic formation and timing are key, as moving a monster is limited by cooldowns. When a unit drops to zero health, it's out for the round, and accumulating wounds can cripple your team if not managed. Collecting food, treasure, and potions helps boost stats permanently, and each monster can equip one item—though potions offer instant, on-demand buffs. Exploration reveals Monster Nests for eggs and Aurite Crystals for evolution, letting monsters level up twice with the right resources.
