Vampiro, pero no mucho
"Vampiro, pero no mucho" is a roguelike action game developed by Guateque Games as the final project of Stega Academy’s game development course. Set in a post-cyberpunk world, the story follows Vladia, a protagonist fascinated by vampires—outcasts in this dystopian future. When she encounters them, reality defies expectations, leading her to confront them on their own terms. The game blends unique mechanics: instead of direct combat, players reflect enemy bullets to destroy foes, progress through levels, and upgrade abilities via an in-game shop. Magic allows transformation into a bat for evasion, time-slowing, or capturing demonic bullets to turn the tide. Key features include customizable controls for keyboard/controller, skill upgrades, and a focus on strategic jugabilidad. Notable issues include PS5 controller compatibility problems with the right stick and occasional audio glitches. Developed by Antonio Masteroka (design, programming, marketing) and V. Roja (art, pending updates), with original music by Javier Cumbreras.
