Description

Unfurl is a charming pixel-art platformer created for the Spring 2D Jam '26, where you journey as a plant evolving from a fragile seed into a towering tree. Navigate a delicate world filled with environmental puzzles and hazards, gathering spores to advance through three distinct life stages: seed, sapling, and tree. Each transformation unlocks new abilities, including a dash move once you reach the sapling stage, adding depth to exploration and traversal. Beware of beetles and hornets that threaten your growth, testing your agility and timing. Move with A/D, jump with Space, dash with Shift (once unlocked), and collect spores using E. Though the game currently lacks sound, its serene visuals and smooth mechanics create an immersive experience. Unfurl captures the quiet beauty of nature's cycle in a compact, thoughtful adventure.
