In *Under Our Wing*, you take on the role of a pigeon soaring through a city, collecting personal stories from local refugees. As you share these narratives, your journalism begins to influence the urban environment, revealing the power of empathy and voice. Developed by a team of eight students from the University of Utrecht and the University of the Arts Utrecht—Aaron Dubbers, Ben Rosenmöller, Gwenne Reiniers, Jermaine Samoestaman, Max Weijers, Micah Calis, Twan Reinders, Anna Klisch—the game emerged from a collaborative eight-week project that blends social awareness with interactive storytelling. Through simple yet meaningful mechanics, *Under Our Wing* invites players to explore how individual experiences can spark change in unexpected ways.
