Players control a single board and objective, switching one piece type every few turns—like turning a pawn into a bishop—to drive strategic decisions. The game evolves as switches become more frequent over time, pushing players toward bold, decisive moves. Limited to one button and minimalist design, it was developed in just one day due to time constraints. The mechanic revolves around timed switches: each piece gains a timer when moved, and when it reaches zero, a new transformation is triggered.
