Towelket One More Time is the third entry in the quirky Japanese JRPG series, originally released in 2009 by Kanao (Kanashimi Hocchikisu). The story follows a young protagonist who, during a chaotic family move, ends up falling into the sea and waking up on a mysterious island. There, he's trapped under the "Curse of Curves," forced to walk in straight lines or risk being hurled toward a red X. Despite its surreal premise, the game has earned praise for its depth and unique charm, becoming a cult favorite among RPG Maker fans in Japan. It was later adapted into a novel in 2014 and remade using the RPG Maker MV engine. This new English translation improves upon an existing fan patch from 2013, aligning it with other series titles while introducing it to new audiences. The Towelket series is known for its cute visuals, oddball fantasy tone, and occasional risqué humor. Though not directly connected to other entries, each game stands alone with loose narrative threads.
