Tiny God
Tiny God is a third-person action-adventure game where players join a small but powerful deity on a mission to restore magic to a world dominated by oppressive technology. The story follows the protagonist, who is rescued and empowered by this tiny god, embarking on an epic journey to challenge the forces suppressing freedom. Players will navigate intense combat and exploration, using unique magical abilities to overcome obstacles and enemies. Developed by a tight-knit team of four at the University of Applied Science in Augsburg, the game benefits from academic guidance by Jens Müller and Sebastian de Andrade. Designed by Alena Keln and Alexander Baur, with programming led by Jenny Neuhard, the project emphasizes creative problem-solving and immersive storytelling. The game supports mouse-controlled menus and requires an Xbox Controller for play. Its development was presented at GDC 2017, highlighting its potential and innovative approach.
