Sockman
Sockman is a tough, single-screen platformer that channels the spirit of retro classics like *Jumpman*, *Rick Dangerous*, and *Manic Miner*. The game follows Domin Dominguez, a 64-year-old plumber who, after a long day at work, stumbles upon his fate: a talking sock. With only three buttons to control him, Domin must navigate three distinct worlds filled with challenging levels and unpredictable bosses. The game offers over 55 stages, hidden arcade mini-games, and surprising cameos from famous figures. There are no weapons, power-ups, or mercy—just pure, relentless difficulty. Players will face heartbreaking deaths at a rate of 200 per minute, dancing in a unique way that’s as tragic as it is memorable. Sockman doesn’t wear underwear, and he rarely speaks. Despite its short length, the game delivers a long, intense journey to find his missing sock. Influenced by *Prince of Persia* and *Super Mario Bros*, Sockman is a must.
