Pokémon Overlord is a fast-paced roguelike battle game inspired by UNICORN OVERLORD. Matches last around a minute, with each team fielding up to three Pokémon arranged in front and back rows. Pokémon in the back are safe from most attacks but move 30% slower. Each Pokémon has two attack slots and one ability slot, and players choose their lineup before each fight. Every Pokémon has unique abilities, and the game aims to make all of them useful. Pokémon are categorized by rarity—like Entei (super rare) and Flareon (uncommon)—with stat-boosting items that can level up lower rarity Pokémon. The setting is a familiar hotel where a Pokémon card tournament takes place, though deeper secrets may be hiding. Players can join as any character from the series, facing off in the League Challenge mode, or dive into Battle Frontier mode with 30 consecutive battles.
