PlayFortress

PlayFortress is a unique castle-building game that lets players take on the roles of the Lord, Master Mason, and Engineer to design and construct intricate medieval fortresses. The game focuses on authentic castle construction, emphasizing historical accuracy while offering creative freedom. In Early Access, players can edit castle layouts using Master Mason Mode, placing and connecting various components like keeps, towers, gatehouses, and walls. Customization options include resizing, rotating, and scaling pieces, as well as altering architectural styles, roof types, and gate designs. Players can add windows, doors, arrow slits, shields, and banners to enhance realism. A wide range of buildings—from the Master Mason Lodge to blacksmiths, market houses, and decorative elements—can be built across uneven terrain, including slopes and mounds. Future updates will introduce Building Systems for custom settlements, Engineer mode for landscape transformation, and Lord mode to view construction progress. PlayFortress promises a deep and immersive experience for fans of strategy and simulation games. The game continues to evolve with exciting new features on the horizon.
