Open Wheel Manager
Open Wheel Manager is a deep management simulation designed for fans of open-wheel racing. Instead of micromanaging every detail during races, players focus on building a competitive car, hiring skilled personnel, and crafting effective race strategies. The game features 12 championship teams, 40 drivers, and 9 engine suppliers, along with four engineering facilities for car development. Players can design, produce, and install parts, while negotiating contracts with drivers, key staff, sponsors, and suppliers. As drivers age, their stats decline, requiring strategic decisions to maintain performance. Younger drivers rise through the ranks as veterans retire. Each race is rendered in 2D, which can be skipped to focus on management tasks. The game supports multiple save files, allowing parallel career paths. With a fully open Steam Workshop, modders can customize driver names, team logos, tracks, and performance stats using SQLite or SVG files. Auto-save helps prevent progress loss from bugs, and players are encouraged to report issues via Steam discussions. Open Wheel Manager offers a rich, flexible experience for strategy.
