Last Souls

Is a 2D side-scrolling Metroidvania-inspired action RPG where you take on the role of a mysterious cloaked protagonist. The game features a dark, atmospheric world divided into seven distinct regions: from poisonous caves and dense forests to abandoned mines, burning caverns, bottomless pits, misty lakes, frozen cities, and the peak of the gods. Each area hides a unique boss that grants powerful abilities, encouraging strategic exploration and combat. With over 30 weapons across five classes, a variety of spells, talismans, and skills, players can tailor their playstyle. The game also includes a crafting system for consumables, adding depth to progression and survival. As a student of computer science, the developer shares their first full game project, currently in active development. While still a work in progress, the creator is committed to delivering a polished experience.
