In My Defense

Is a tough, retro-style side-scrolling shooter where you defend your base from relentless alien attacks. The game offers a radar covering the entire playfield, helping you track threats. You’ll face 28 waves featuring 16 power-ups, some of which can be combined for bonus levels. One of these levels stars Hitch, a security robot, and takes place under the base, where you must destroy generators spawned by enemies. Insects attack these generators, endangering your base, while gas outlets can trigger massive explosions if shot. The game includes a variety of weapons—lasers, bombs, and the infamous Sonic Bomb, capable of wiping out groups of enemies. Enemy types each have unique abilities, and boss battles occur in challenging environments like snow, thunderstorms, or darkness. Lighting up dark areas with flares is essential, and AI wingmen can be summoned for help—though they can turn against you. Rock launchers aid in defense, and you can reposition them with your ship. Escort evacuation ships across the field.
