As the HR manager, your mission is to recruit and assign employees to projects while managing a tight budget. The goal? Keep the company afloat by balancing hiring, firing, and resource allocation. The game features a main menu, custom-designed assets (excluding the 95-style window bar), and a robust sound system with volume adjustments. A pause menu, random employee stat generation (with rare traits), and a dynamic day/night cycle add depth. The team, including three developers and additional contributors, combined programming with creative assets to deliver a polished experience. This project was a first-time journey for some members, blending collaboration and learning. It's a fun, engaging simulation that highlights teamwork and problem-solving. A great example of how small groups can turn ideas into a cohesive, enjoyable game. Perfect for fans of management and simulation genres.
