Description

In *Chasm*, you step into the role of a new recruit on your first mission for the Guildean Kingdom. Eager to prove yourself as a knight, you investigate rumors that a vital mine has been shut down—only to discover the townspeople have vanished, kidnapped by supernatural creatures from the depths. Bound by honor, you must solve the mystery and restore peace. This action-adventure game blends deadly monster battles, exploration of ancient catacombs and castles, and hidden equipment upgrades. While the overall story remains the same, each playthrough is unique: every room is hand-designed, and the game stitches them together into a procedurally-assembled world map. Key features include six massive areas, retro pixel art at 384x216 native resolution, massive boss fights, new abilities to unlock, and customizable armor, weapons, and spells. An Arcade Mode with Daily and Weekly Challenges adds replayability, with full Gamepad support on Windows, Mac, and Linux.
