Bit The Apple, So What?
Bit The Apple, So What? immerses players in a surreal digital musical theater experience that blends experimental pop, psychedelic and techno sounds with virtual theater and futuristic installations. Inspired by the 1920s Yugoslav zenitist drama "Eastern Sin," the game unfolds through four distinct musical acts: Adam’s lament on existential loneliness, Eve’s sensual ode referencing Balkan pop classics, a warning from the Abrahamic God presented in its original dramatic form, and the departure of Adam and Eve from Eden, reimagined by writers Suzana Džuver and Una Kapetan. The project explores the roots of today’s global monoculture, weaving together landscapes, architectural styles, and historical events from Earth’s diverse cultures. Its banda sonora fuses electronic beats, pop melodies, and Middle Eastern/Balkan influences, creating a vibrant, high-energy celebration of life. By recontextualizing the ancient story of Adam and Eve in a modern Eastern European setting, the game examines the impact of Abrahamic faiths and American.
