ADW: A Villain's Heart is a richly layered RPG blending exploration, visual novel storytelling, and romance within a fantasy adventure setting. Players step into the shoes of the Transient One, a world-hopping protagonist freed from divine control, tasked with shaping the fate of a villainous character. Will you nurture their darkness or seek redemption? The game features six main missions, from navigating Solwel Dungeons to leading battles in Brookhaven, culminating in 15 unique endings across 150,000+ words. Romance options include Mikaylis, Jeth, and Deita, with bond levels up to 6 for key characters, while Miyetta, Beileph, and others offer up to level 4. Developed by Jen Lee, this project began during OtomeJam 2023 as an alternate reality spin-off of *Arcane Dice Wars*. It boasts a dedicated team, including Kerry Cobuccio's evocative banda sonora and Jade Rose's editing. The narrative confronts mature themes like violence and toxic behavior.
